Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/3 cup cream
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 tablespoon sugar
2 cups sifted flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients. Cut in butter. Add beaten eggs, save little egg
white for the top of dough. Toss on lightly floured board, pat, roll 3/4 inch
thick. Use floured cutter. Brush with egg white, sprinkle with sugar. Bake 15
minutes in quick oven, 450 degrees F.
