Ingredients:

1 egg
1 1/4 cups cream
2 cups sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar

Directions:

Sift together dry ingredients. Beat egg well, stir in cream, then add the flour to mixture. Fill buttered muffin tins 2/3 full and bake about 20 to 25 minutes in hot oven, 425 degrees F.

Makes 1 dozen
