1 cup sifted white flour
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup stoned dates, chopped
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup chopped nuts
2 cups sour milk
2 teaspoons baking powder


Add milk and molasses to sifted dry ingredients, and blend entire mixture. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake about 1 hour in a 350 degree F. oven.
