Ingredients: 3 eggs, beat well Directions: Beat eggs with rotary Wisk. Beat in sugar. Stir in milk. Add sifted ingredients, melted butter. (this dough is soft, but doughnuts are light) With knife toss 1/3 dough on floured board, knead lightly. Roll to 1/4 inch thickness. Use floured knife to prevent sticking. Use floured cutter. Fry in deep hot fat 2 to 3 minutes, turn often. cook 4 or 5 doughnuts at a time. Drain on brown paper. |
