Ingredients:
1/3 cup cream
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons butter
2 eggs
2 cups sifted flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together, blend in butter with pastry knife. Add well
beaten eggs and cream. Turn on floured board, roll 3/4 inch thick. Cut in
triangle shape, brush with egg white, sprinkle with sugar. Bake in hot 450
degree F. oven, about 30 minutes.
