Ingredients: 4 ¼ cup flour Directions: Combine 2 ½ cups flour and next 5 ingredients in large bowl. Heat milk and ½ cup water in saucepan to 130°. Add to dry ingredients, beating well. Stir in enough remaining flour to make stiff batter. Sprinkle 2 greased microwave loaf pans with cornmeal. Spoon in batter and sprinkle with additional cornmeal. Let rise, covered, in warm place for 45 minutes. Microwave each loaf separately on High for 6 ½ minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes. Slice and toast to serve. |
