4 cup flour
1 cup wheat bran cereal
2 package yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons salt
teaspoon soda
2 cup milk


Combine 2 cups flour and next 5 ingredients in large bowl. Heat milk and cup water in saucepan to 130. Add to dry ingredients, beating well. Stir in enough remaining flour to make stiff batter. Sprinkle 2 greased microwave loaf pans with cornmeal. Spoon in batter and sprinkle with additional cornmeal. Let rise, covered, in warm place for 45 minutes. Microwave each loaf separately on High for 6 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes. Slice and toast to serve.
