Ingredients:

1 package yeast
cup shortening
cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
6 cup flour

Directions:

Dissolve yeast in cup warm water. Stir shortening and sugar with 1- cups boiling water in large bowl; cool to lukewarm. Add salt, yeast, egg and 2 cups flour, mixing well. Stir in remaining flour to make soft dough. Place dough in oiled tightly covered bowl. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours. Shape into rolls, placing in greased pan. Let rise until doubled in bulk.

Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

Dough will keep in refrigerator for 1 week.
