Ingredients:
5 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
3 tablespoons orange rind, chop
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup orange juice
2 cups flour, sifted
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Cream butter, slowly add sugar mix thoroughly. Add orange rind chopped fine,
well-beaten egg. Add orange juice and milk alternately with flour, Baking
powder, and salt which have been sifted together. Mix thoroughly, let stand 30
minutes, bake in moderate oven about 1 hour, 350 degree F. oven.
