1 recipe sweet foundation dough
3 tablespoons cornstarch
3/4 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons grated orange rind
1/2 cup cold water


Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt. Add enough water to make a smooth paste, then add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and cook and stir until smooth and thick, cool. When dough is light, roll into a rectangular sheet, spread with orange filling and roll as for jelly roll, sealing the edges firmly. Cut in inch slices and place in greased muffin pans. Cover and let rise until doubled. Bake in a 350-degree oven about 30 minutes, or until done.

Makes 3 dozen rolls
