1/2 cup light brown sugar
7 tablespoons butter
1 recipe baking powder biscuit
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup cut pecans


Prepare baking powder biscuit dough. Turn the dough on lightly floured board and roll to 1/4 inch thickness. Spread the dough with soft butter. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll like jelly roll and cut dough 1/2 inch thick. In the bottom of the baking pan, melt butter, add light brown sugar and cut pecans. Place the rolls cut side down and bake in a hot oven, 400 degrees F., 20 to 25 minutes.
