2 cups sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons melted butter


Sift flour and salt into bowl. Drop eggs in dish, with fork break eggs enough to mix with milk. Pour all together, beat until bubbles form on batter. Pour into hot greased gem pans, bake 40 minutes in hot oven, decreasing heat after they have popped.

Serve immediately.
