1 package dry yeast
Dissolve yeast in 2 cups warm water in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients, beating well. Chill, covered, until ready to use, up to 10 days. Beat batter well. Fill greased muffin cups ¾ full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
