1 package dry yeast
4 cup self-rising flour
4 teaspoons sugar
4 tablespoons dried milk
1 egg, beaten
to 1 cup oil


Dissolve yeast in 2 cups warm water in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients, beating well. Chill, covered, until ready to use, up to 10 days. Beat batter well. Fill greased muffin cups full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
