Ingredients:
2 cup milk
2 cup whole bran cereal
2 eggs
½ cup oil
½ cup honey
2½ cup whole wheat flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Combine milk and bran in bowl. Let stand for 1 minute. Add eggs, oil and honey, beating well. Stir remaining
ingredients together. Add to liquid ingredients, stirring until just mixed. Spoon into greased muffin cups,
filling 2/3 full. Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.
