1 cup sifted flour
Sift flour, salt together. Beat eggs and milk then butter. Stir in flour. Bake 6 inch thick cake on lightly greased griddle. Roll and spread with marmalade or currant jelly or maple syrup blended with little cream. Roll and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve hot on a hot plate.
