Meanwhile, beat eggs with water, basil, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Pour into skillet; stir briefly, then cook 1 minute. Arrange sausage on egg mixture. Broil, 4-inches from heat, about 2 minutes or until puffed and golden. To serve, cut into wedges. Makes 4 servings
