1/2 cup dried beef
1 cup tomatoes
1/4 cup grated cheese
2 tablespoons butter
3 eggs
black pepper
few grains red pepper


Chop beef, heat over hot water. Heat tomatoes, add cheese, butter, seasoning, well-beaten eggs, and later beef. Cook until eggs are creamy, but not dry. Serve hot on buttered toast.
