Directions:
With boiling water:
Cover eggs with warm water remove chill of refrigerator. (This prevents shells from cracking.)
Bring water in pan to a boil, add eggs, turn off heat and allow to stand, covered, for 6 to 8 minutes,
depending on the degree of doneness desired.
With cold water:
Cover cold eggs with cold water, bring rapidly to boiling temperature, remove from the heat and set aside for 2 to
4 minutes, depending on degree of doneness desired. Drain, rinse quickly in cold water and serve at once.
