Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups tomatoes
1 chopped onion
1 can sliced mushrooms
6 olives, chopped
1/2 green pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
pepper (spice)
red pepper
Directions:
Heat butter, add chopped onion, green pepper, tomatoes, seasoning, olives and
mushrooms. Cook until moisture has nearly evaporated. Before adding the omelet,
place a spoonful in center. Fold and pour rest of sauce over and around omelet.
