Ingredients:

put into chafing dish:
1 tablespoon butter
dry mustard
pinch salt
2 pounds grated cheese
1 cup milk
2 eggs

Directions:

When butter in melted and thoroughly mixed with salt and dry mustard, add grated cheese. Stir. When partially melted add milk. Stir. When 3/4 melted add eggs, well beaten. Stir. Mixture should by smooth. Serve on hot crackers.

Makes 8 servings
