Banana Pound Cake

Ingredients:

1½ cup shortening
2½ cup sugar
4 eggs
6 bananas (mashed)
2 teaspoons soda
pinch of salt
3 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

Cream shortening and sugar together in bowl. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add bananas, mixing well. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well.

Pour into large greased and floured bundt pan.

Bake at 300° for 1½ hours.
