Boiled Chocolate Frosting
Ingredients:
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
3 egg yolks
5 tablespoons cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
Directions:
Blend all ingredients, bring to boiling point. Remove from fire. Cool. Add vanilla. Use rotary beater, beat until mixture thickens sufficiently to spread.
