Caramel Frosting #1

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups brown sugar (well packed in cup)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

Boil sugar and milk until mixture reaches soft ball stage. Add butter and remove from fire. Cool to lukewarm, beat until creamy; sufficient frosting for filling, top, and sides of cake.
