Caramel Frosting #3

Ingredients:

2 cups light brown sugar
3 tablespoons cream
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla or maple flavoring

Directions:

Blend sugar, butter, cream and 1 tablespoon corn syrup. Cook together until quite thick. Beat thoroughly. Add vanilla, shredded coconut; 1/2 cup cut nut meats may be added. If mixture thickens, add little hot water. Stir well.
