Ingredients:

1 package (18 1/4 oz.) Yellow cake mix
1 package (3.4 oz.) Instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
1 cup water
2 cup vegetable oil
1 package (12 oz.) Miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1 package (4 oz.) German sweet chocolate, grated, divided
powdered sugar

Directions:

In a mixing bowl; combine the first five ingredients; beat for 5 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips and half of the grated chocolate. Pour into a greased 13x9x2 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining grated chocolate while slightly warm. Cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar.
