5 eggs, beaten separately
3/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 level tablespoon sifted flour
1/8 teaspoon baking powder


Sift flour, sugar, cocoa. Beat yolks and whites separately. Beat together. Add dry ingredients. Spread in buttered and floured pan, bake about 15 minutes in 350 degree F. oven. Turn at once on cloth rubbed with powdered sugar. Cover with damp cloth. Cover with damp cloth. Roll. Before serving spread with whipped cream, adding sugar and vanilla. Roll like jelly roll, wrap in waxed paper. Serve with chocolate sauce.
