Cocoa Frosting #1
Ingredients:
1 egg
2 cups (scant) sifted powdered sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa
soft butter size of walnut
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cream
Directions:
Beat eggs until foamy and blend all ingredients, stirring vigorously. Add cream and beat until consistency to spread. Add vanilla. Frost cake while it is hot.
