1 egg
2 cups (scant) sifted powdered sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa
1/8 teaspoons salt
soft butter size of walnut
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 tablespoon cream


Sift together sugar, cocoa and salt. Beat egg until foamy and blend all ingredients except cream, stirring vigorously. Add cream and beat until consistency to spread. Frost the cake while it's hot.
