Coconut Coffee Frosting

Ingredients:

1 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup hot coffee
2 egg whites
pinch salt
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

Boil sugar, syrup, and coffee to thread stage. Pour slowly over well beaten egg whites. Beat well. Add shredded coconut and flavoring. Use rotary beater.
