1 cup cream, whipped
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup cold water
2 cups flour, sift 3 times
3 teaspoons baking powder
4 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla
pinch salt


Whip cream stiff, add salt, slowly add sugar. Sift flour and baking powder together, add alternately with water. Add stiffly beaten egg whites with vanilla. Bake in layers in 375 degree F. oven, 25 minutes or as cupcakes. Use shredded coconut, lemon, or chocolate dessert filling.
