2 cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons cream
3 tablespoons strong coffee
1 tablespoon melted butter
few drops maple flavor


Bake a sponge cake in a ring mold. Spread with maple icing and fill with Bavarian cream. Garnish with fresh berries. Sift powdered sugar. Stirring constantly, slowly add cream, coffee, butter and maple flavor. A little more cream, may be added to make icing spread.
