Ingredients:

1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons coconut dessert
1 egg yolk, beaten
whipped cream to top
pie pastry

Directions:

Line muffin tins with pie pastry; bake. When cold, fill with following mixture: heat together milk and sugar. Add coconut dessert dissolved in 1/2 cup milk. Spread raspberry jam over each tart. Add whipped cream.
