1 can 6 ounces evaporated milk
2 cup light corn syrup
cup sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
stick margarine
1 teaspoon salt
3 cup broken pecans


Combine first 3 ingredients in saucepan, mixing well. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, to 248 on candy thermometer. Mixture will curdle. Add next 2 ingredients. Cook stirring constantly, to 238 on candy thermometer. Remove from heat and stir in salt and pecans. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto foil. Wrap pieces individually in plastic wrap after cooling.
