Butterscotch Brownies
Ingredients:
2/3 cup butter
2/3 cup light brown sugar
2/3 cup dark corn syrup
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups sifted flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup cut walnut meats
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Cream the butter and slowly beat in the sugar. Add the corn syrup then the eggs, sifted dry ingredients and the nuts. Add the flavoring. Pour the well blended mixture into buttered pan. Bake in a 325 degree F. oven about 20 to 25 minutes and cut in squares.
