Cocoa Brownies With Brown Sugar

Ingredients:

3 eggs
1 1/4 cups light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup sifted flour
few grains salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup cut walnut meats

Directions:

Beat the eggs and add the sugar and flavoring. Add the flour, salt, baking powder and cocoa sifted together. Blend the ingredients and add half of the nuts. Pour into a buttered square pan and sprinkle with remaining nuts. Bake in a 325 degree F. oven, about 22 minutes. Cut in squares.
