Coconut Macaroons
Ingredients:
2 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 cup shredded coconut
2 cups corn flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Beat egg whites, blend all ingredients. Drop on well greased bake sheet, about 3 inches apart. Bake in 325 degree F. oven about 12 minutes to a light brown.
