Honeysnaps
Ingredients:
1-½ cup shortening
sugar
2 eggs
½ cup honey
4 cup sifted flour
2 teaspoons soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoons vanilla
Directions:
Cream shortening and 2 cups sugar in bowl until smooth. Beat in eggs and honey. Add dry ingredients and vanilla, mixing well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes.
