Mary's Chewy Gooey Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup white sugar
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup butter
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 eggs
4 cups all purpose unbleached flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
12 ounces chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. mix both sugars and butter softened. Add vanilla an eggs. beat. Add dry ingredients and mix. If preferred chill in fridge for 1 hour. Makes them fluffy. Than add chocolate chips. Put on ungreased cookie sheet about 1 inch apart. Put them in the oven for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown.
