Almond Sauce

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup light brown sugar
2 egg yolks
1 cup whipping cream
1 teaspoon almond extract

Directions:

Cream butter, add sugar. Put in double boiler, add beaten eggs. Stir until boiling point. When cold fold in whipped cream and flavoring.
