Apricot Ice
Ingredients:
2 cans apricots, juice, mash pulp
juice of 2 oranges
2 cups sugar
4 cups water
1 teaspoon lemon extract
Directions:
Boil sugar and water about 5 minutes. Cool. Mash apricots and blend all ingredients and freeze. For ricer ice when partly frozen, add 1 cup whipped cream, then freeze. Hand freezer.
