Ingredients:

1 recipe baking powder biscuit
fruit
cinnamon or nutmeg
butter
sugar

Directions:

Roll baking powder biscuit dough 1/4 inch thick. Cut in 4-inch squares. Place fruit, pared, cored, or pitted in center of square. Add sugar, butter, cinnamon or nutmeg. Draw 4 corners of dough together, press edge closely. Prick with fork. Bake to medium brown in 350 degree F. oven about 35 minutes. Serve hot with cream or pudding sauce.
