1 1/2 cups milk, heat
4 tablespoons cocoa blended with 2 tablespoons hot
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoons flour
few grains salt
2 tablespoons salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla


Heat milk in top of double boiler and stir in dissolved cocoa. Blend sugar, flour and salt and stir into milk. Stir and cook mixture 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla. Serve hot or cold. Use rotary beater.
