4 eggs
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 quart top milk
1 cup shredded coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla


Scald milk. Follow cup custard recipe for mixing. Blend ingredients, pour into buttered mold, cover with waxed paper, set in pan of hot water. Bake. serve with or with out whipped cream. For large mold bake 1 hour.
