Coconut Custard #2
Ingredients:
3 cups milk, heat
3 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
pinch salt
3/4 cup shredded coconut
little butter
Directions:
Let milk cool, add beaten eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla, shredded coconut. Add butter, turn into buttered baking dish. Set in pan with little hot water. Bake.
