1 pint milk
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon butter
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1/2 cup shredded coconut


Boil milk and sugar together. Mix cornstarch in little milk, add to boiling milk. Cook in double boiler, when mixture thickens add well beaten whites of 2 eggs. Add shredded coconut. Serve with sugared fresh fruit.
