Cranberry Frappe
Ingredients:
2 level teaspoons gelatin
1 quart cold water
1 quart cranberries
2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup boiling water
juice of 2 lemons
Directions:
Soak gelatin in 1 pint cold water, later dissolve in boiling water. Cook cranberries in other pint cold water, when soft press through sieve. Add sugar, lemon juice, gelatin, pour into mold and refrigerate overnight. Will keep several days.
