Cream Sauce for Pudding
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
little cooking sherry if desired
Directions:
Cream butter, slowly add sugar, then beaten egg. Add whipped cream and vanilla before serving.
