2 cups water
1 1/2 cups sugar (boil 10 minutes)
1 1/2 tablespoons gelatin
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon lemon extract


Soften gelatin in cold water, add to sugar mixture, cool thoroughly. Prepare Following: Take 2 cups thick strawberry pulp after washing, hulling berries, and put through sieve. Add juice of 1/2 lemon and 1/2 cup orange juice. Freeze. Use hand freezer.
