Cup Custard
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 pint milk, scald
about 1 tablespoon sugar to each egg
few grains salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
nutmeg
Directions:
Beat eggs, add sugar, stir in milk. Blend mixture. Strain into buttered ramekins. Bake in oven in pan of water, do not let water boil. Serve with whipped cream. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake in 350 degree F. oven 25 to 30 minutes until firm.
