Date Pudding
Ingredients:
3 eggs, beat well
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup dates, chop
1 cup nuts, cut
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients, pour into a buttered baking dish and bake 30 minutes in a slow oven. Serve with sweetened whipped cream and a few drops vanilla.
