2 cups sifted flour
1/2 teaspoons salt
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup finely ground beef suet
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup raisins, cut
1 cup stoned, chopped dates
1 teaspoon vanilla


Sift the flour, salt and baking powder, add alternately with the milk to the suet, sugar and dates. Blend all ingredients, pour into greased mold and steam to hours. Serve with foamy sauce.
